| Abstract: | The study used the method of literature to expound the cause of municipal community residential roles changing from "unit persons" to "social persons". It analyzed such problems as: the constitution of the group participating in municipal community sports activities, the space of sports activities, sports instructors fund etc., and pointed out the factors of restricting the development of municipal community mass sports and the countermoves for the future development. |
