| 摘 要： | 文章论述了培养工科大学生创新能力的必要性。提出培养“创新能力”的一些方法、措施、建议。指出学院在通过制度、师资、校园文化的建设来优化教育环境的同时 ,注意发挥教师的主导作用 ,营造一个宽松、自由的学习氛围 ;同时以学生为中心 ,发挥其主体作用 ,不断提高其自身的综合素质和创新能力。
