| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了个人信息管理行为的特征,分析了民族志方法及其特点,探讨了把民族志方法引入个人信息管理行为研究的可能性.构建了使用民族志方法研究个人信息管理行为的模型,指出了每个阶段的关键任务.最后,指出在研究中应该注意的问题,展望了民族志方法的应用前景,旨在促进个人信息管理与信息管理的发展.
