| 摘 要： | 通过对散手运动的考察,技术单一是阻碍该项目发展的重要因素,改进技术方法,突出竞技特色,进一步吸取中国传统武术技法技巧是完善和发展散手运动的有效途径,在此基础上的未来散手竞技无论从技术上、形式上一定会出现新的飞跃和提高.

| Abstract: | By investigating about wrestle . I find that unitary skill is an important factor which kinders the development of the game . An effective way of completing and developing wrestle skill is to improve the technical method , to stress the characteristic of competition,to carry on the traditional skill of Chinese Wushu . On the base of this situation future of wrestle skill will develop by leaps and hounds both in skill and form. |
