| 摘 要： | 基层工会是基层的群众性组织,是基层职工的利益代表;基层工会在健全以职代会为基本形式的企业的民主管理制度,推进厂务公开,支持职工参与民主管理,维护职工合法权益,构建和谐劳动关系,有着不可替代的作用。地勘单位和全体职工是利益共同体,同呼吸,共命运,相互依存,共同发展,通过调动职工参与管理,使之关心单位的生存,真正成为单位风险的共同承担者,为促进地勘单位持续健康良性发展贡献智慧和力量。

A Brief Discussion on the Role of the Democratic Management of Grassroots Labor Union in Promoting the Sustained and Healthy Development of Geological Prospecting Units |

| Abstract: | The grassroots labor union is a grassroots mass organization on behalf of the interests of grassroots workers. The grassroots labor union plays an irreplaceable role in perfecting the en- terprise democratic management system with workers＇ congress as the basic form, making public the affairs of enterprises, supporting workers＇ participation in democratic management, protecting workers＇ legitimate rights and interests, and constructing a harmonious labor relation. Geological prospecting units and their workers share common interests and they support each other and develop together. Through motivating workers＇ participation in management, they will be concerned about the survival of their units, truly become a part in facing up to risks, and make their contributions to the sustained and healthy development of geological prospecting units. |
