| 摘 要： | 本文建立评价江苏省１９个主要发电厂生产经营效率的数据包络分析模型，测算了各电厂的总体效率、技术效率、规模效率及其规模效率状况。根据电厂生产经营效率之间的差异，用聚类分析方法将其分为４类，分析了各类电厂在投入、产出及资源配置效率等方面的特点，进而提出若干促进江苏省电力工业高效发展的政策性建议，可供决策部门参考。

| Abstract: | In this paper a model based on data envelopment analysis is used to evaluate the production efficiency of 19 major power plants in Jiangsu province. It calculates the total efficiency, technological efficiency, scale efficiency of all DMUs and their scale effeciency return situations. According to the difference of the production efficiency all DMUs are classified into four classes. Some advices are put forth to promote the development of the Jiangsu electric power plants in the inputs, outputs, consumption and utilization efficiency of resources, which is helpful to make decisions for some sections. |
