| 摘 要： | 1前言1987年4月原国家教委发布了《关于普通高校试行招收高水平运动员工作的通知》文件,首批确立了51所招收高水平运动员的试点学校,并对招生办法、招生对象、教学课程安排与学籍管理作了初步规定,接踵而来,部分省市也确立了自己的试办学校,由此高校试办高水平运动队的人才培养

| Abstract: | With the socialistic market economy reform as a background,it analyzed and discussed the ordinary university high level sports team's present development situation and the existent problems in China,and proposed the transformation of thought,relocated the high level sports team's goal and the value,compared American university "ordinary university" pattern,China's sports system "whole nation system" and its ordinary university "high level sports team" pattern,put forward the proposal and the countermeasure to the ordinary university high level sports team's development. |
