| 摘 要： | 研究了曲线拟合方法的特点,讨论了三次样条曲线和参数三次样条曲线的拟合方法在螺杆截面廓形拟合中的应用,给出了拟合的方程,并用实例验证了拟合的效果.同时解决了拟合过程中的单调性、失真、端点切向量的确定方法等一些关键技术问题.该方法为精确地生成刀具轨迹提供了光滑的型线方程.

| Abstract: | The curve fitting methods are researched in this paper.On the basis of it,it was proposed that cubic spline and parametric cubic spline interpolation function are taken to approximate the spiral surface crosssection.Fitting equations are presented and examples are taken to verify the fitting results.At the same time,key issues on the monotonicity,skewness,tangent vectors of ends are also involved.Corresponding fitting function can be chosen on the basis of foregone data points,so as to provide smooth curves... |
