摘 要: | 和谐企业文化是构成社会经济组织的基础,是企业创新发展的前提,是企业竞争取胜的法宝,是企业健康发展的保证,具有特殊重要的地位和作用。儒家强调万事万物协调发展、"天下为公"、尽孝报恩的文化特征,构成了和谐企业文化的主要内容。我们必须以儒家文化为底蕴,坚持以人为本的理念,创新发展传统的儒学、儒商精神,调动一切积极因素,正确处理人民内部矛盾,全力培育企业优秀品质,弘扬社会文明,构建健康和谐的企业文化。
