| 摘 要： | 大学是知识创新的核心主体之一。知识创新是大学实现其社会职能的重要途径,是大学知识管理的主要目标。在知识创新视野下的大学知识管理政策体系构建,要注重知识创新激励与保障体系的完善、知识学习交流与共享途径的开拓、知识产权使用与保护政策的制订、信息管理系统的健全等方面的内容。
