| 摘 要： | 重视和加强理论学习，是我们党的优良传统和宝贵经验，也是党对领导干部的一贯要求。党委中心组理论学习是领导干部在职学习的一种行之有效的重要形式，是提高领导干部素质的重要途径，其根本要求在于学以致用。近年来，我校党委紧密结合学校改革与发展的实际，积极探索新形势下党委中心组加强理论学习的途径和方法，提高了领导干部的思想政治素质和理论水平、决策水平、工作水平，为我校事业的发展提供了坚定的政治保证和坚实的思想基础，有力地推动了我校应用型本科教育改革和建设的进程。

| Abstract: | Strengthening theoretical study is our party's fine tradition and valuable experience,and also consistent requirement to party cadres.Theoretical study of the party committee center group is one kind of effective form for improving quality of party cadres,with the basic purpose of application.In recent years,Jinling Institute of Technology closely unites school reform with development reality,and positively explores theoretical study methods of the party committee center group under new situation.The study has improved party cadres' political quality,theoretical level,policy-making level,and working ability,providing firm political guarantee and solid thought foundation for JIT's development,powerfully impelling JIT's applied four-year college construction advancement. |
