| 摘 要： | 民为邦本思想是儒家学说的重要内容。中国几千年的社会运动实践证明了民为邦本思想是国家政治统治、政治管理的重要思想。但由于历史与阶级的原因,其局限性的存在也是不可避免的。人民群众的力量是不可忽视的,因而,必须在批判继承传统民为邦本思想的基础上,建立与健全社会民主,建设社会主义政治明。这正是当代中国政治现代化的过程,也是中国传统化现代化的过程。促进二的合理互动对于实现全面建设小康社会的目标具有深远的意义。

| Abstract: | The idea about regarding people as the foundation of the country" is the important content of Confucianism. Thousands of Chinese motion practice proved the idea about "regarding people as the foundation of the country" is the significant idea of political ruling and political management. The limitation is not avoided because of history and stratum. The strength of people can't be ignored, so we should establish social democracy and socialist political civilization on the basis of criticizing and inheriting the idea. It is the process of Chinese political modernization and traditional culture modernization, and it is meaningful for realizing well - off society to make them move reasonably. |
