| 摘 要： | 女性对于自我身体的形态发展,有着明确的既定理想模式。影响女性自我身体形体美审美观的因素有许多,而男性对于女性形体审美标准是决定女性自我形体审美观最主要的因素。女性参与身体健身运动的动机是多元化的,而其主要动机是希望塑造良好的身体形态。
