企业营销道德失范的成因与对策

摘    要:企业营销道德失范存在于营销活动的全过程,其成因主要包括市场因素、社会文化因素、法制因素、企业经营哲学、个人因素等。针对这些原因,我们可以通过完善政府维护市场经济秩序的职能、相关法律法规,建立企业伦理守则、行业营销道德标准和树立正确的企业营销管理哲学及企业诚信理念,尽可能地杜绝失范的情况发生。

Abstract:Moral misdemeanors are found throughout the whole process of marketing. Factors of the market itself and factors of the social-culture,the legal system,the operation philosophy of the enterprises,and the persons involved all contribute to these offenses.
