| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作服务于经济建设主要是通过生产力中“人”这一要素的中介作用,并同一定的物质生产过程相结合,实现其经济价值。其主要途径有:推动思想解放,确立现代观念;培养学习型劳动者,建立学习型社会;扫除精神障碍,调动人的劳动积极性;挖掘人的潜能,激发人的创新能力,强化道德约束,维系经济关系。

| Abstract: | The ideological and political work serves economic construction and then realizes its economic value through the intermediary function of the "human" factor of productivity,combining with some material production process.The main approaches are: to advance ideological emancipation,to cultivate learning-oriented labor force,to build a learning-oriented society;to eliminate spiritual obstacle;to bring working enthusiasm in play;to tap human existing potential;to motivate human creativity;to strengthen moral restraint;to maintain economic relationship. |
