| 摘 要： | 随着农村市场经济的发展,农村金融与农村经济相互依存、相互制约的关系将越来越明显。如果规制安排适当,农村金融应能促进农村经济的增长,反之,农村金融会制约农村经济的增长。本文研究的金融约束效应是指农村金融制约影响农村经济发展的状况和程度。在对中国农村经济发展的金融约束效应进行制度分析的基础上,论文运用实际数据,对中国农村金融与农村经济增长的关系进行了实证研究。结果显示中国政府主导的农村金融成长模式对农村经济增长具有显著的约束效应。在此基础上,文章提出要实现农村金融与农村经济发展的良性互动必须做到:构建农村金融与农村经济协调发展的宏观制度环境,解除农村金融与农村经济协调发展的金融约束,强化农村金融与农村经济协调发展的农村金融功能。只有如此,中国农村金融发展才能对农村经济的健康运行产生良好的推动作用。

| Abstract: | Based on a macro-model in terms of China's rural financial growth and rural economic growth,this paper aims to identify the real relationships between the rural finance and the rural economy in China.Using annual national time-series data,the results of Co-integration Tests,Granger Causality Tests and VAR analysis indicate that the rural finance controlled by the government has definitely negative effects on the rural economy.Finally,some policy suggestions are given to promote the relationships of the rural finance and the rural economy of China. |
