| 摘 要： | 在产、学、研共建实体模式实现知识共享的过程中,往往会遇到一些难以克服的障碍。本文在全面分析这些障碍因素的基础上,通过建立相应的量化模型和实证研究,找出了其中的关键因素,并以此提出了促进这种模式下知识共享的建议。

| Abstract: | In the knowledge sharing process of the entity jointly constructed by the industry,university and research institute,there are often obstacles difficult to overcome.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the obstacles,the paper identifies the key factors through the construction of the quantitative model and empirical research,and offers some suggestions for the promotion of knowledge sharing under this model. |
