| 摘 要： | 大学教师的关系伦理存在于教育与社会、教学与科研、师生交往以及专业化发展过程中。而当前社会责任感缺失、教学与科研关系失衡、师生关系异化及学术道德失范等大学教师关系伦理错位问题的存在,必然要求我们重建和谐的大学教师关系伦理。这就需要大学教师形成独立的人格,教学与科研并重,建立和谐的师生伦理关系,同时要完善伦理规范,进一步加强师德建设。

| Abstract: | The ethics of relations of the university teachers exist in the process of education and society, teaching and scientific research, interaction between the teachers and students, as well as the development of specification. However, with the existence of the lack of a sense of social responsibility, the unbalance in the relationship between teaching and scientific research, dissimilation of their relationships, and the anomie of academic and moral ethics and other problems on the dislocation of the ethics of relations, it is necessary to rebuild a harmonious ethic relationship. This calls for university teachers to form an independent personality, to emphasis on both teaching and scientific research, and to establish a harmonious ethic relationship between teachers and students, and at the same time to improve the ethic criterion, as well as to further strengthen the professional ethics of teachers. |
