| 摘 要： | 师德师风建设是时代赋予教育工作者的神圣使命。透过历史文化的视野,不难发现师德师风建设具有的重要意义。然而观照现实,师德缺失的现象颇为突出,究其原因,与当下社会的大环境和小气候密切相关。因此广大教师应确立忠诚教育事业的理想与信念,学习教育理论,更新教育观念,明确师德要求,提高师德修养,树立师德形象,以一流的师德风范建设一流的示范性高职院校。
