| 摘 要： | 高职院校传统体育课程教学内容和授课方法,已不能适应社会分工对高职学生身体素质的要求,对高职生体育课堂教学内容进行改革势在必行.职业性体育教育在提高高职学生身体素质的同时贯彻"终身体育"思想,让高职学生走上工作岗位后继续进行身体锻炼,以适应工作岗位的需求,同时对职业性体育进行解析和内容探索,完善职业性体育的内涵,剖析高职院校开展职业性体育教育的可行性.
