| Abstract: | The head teacher, as the first responsible person for class management, shoulders the ideological guidance, habit de-velopment, learning progress and individual development of stu-dents in the class, so he or she should have profound academic charm and lofty personality charm. The head teacher must pos-sessrich education wisdom and grasp several points in guiding students＆#39; growth. The guidance of students＆#39; values should be pro-found;the respect and love for students should be sincere;being tolerant in taking the advice of other teachers and students; the implementation of class activities should be based on a wide horizon; classroom management system should be impelling;strict requirements for students should be moderate. |
