| 摘 要： | 在全球化背景下，构建工程教育质量监控体系，实现我国高等工程教育的国际互认，提升我国工程教育的国际竞争力；介绍了德国的教育体系和高等工程教育认证体系；借鉴德国的做法，上海理工大学近年来致力于高等教育国际化，开展了部分专业的国际化（ASIIN）认证和评估，以实现我校教学质量精品化，并与国际教育质量标准接轨，探索一条“工程型、创新性、国际化”精品本科建设的有效途径。

| Abstract: | In the background of globalization, the construction of quality monitoring system in engineering education and the inter-national recognition of our higher engineering education help to enhance the international competitiveness of our engineering ed-ucation. This paper introduces the German educational system and its accreditation system of higher engineering education. With reference to the German practice, the University of Shang-hai for Science and Technology has been committed to the inter-nationalization of higher education, developing the international-ization of professional （ASIIN） accreditation and evaluation in some specialties, in order to improve the higher teaching quality and be geared up for the international standards of teaching quality. An effective approach is now explored to construct the top-quality undergraduate education featuring＂engineering, cre-ativity and internationalization＂. |
