| 摘 要： | 本文从不同角度来分析广东排球运动的发展现状,揭示阻碍广东排球发展的影响因素。结论认为:目前广东排球俱乐部建设发展滞后,教练员、运动员及后备人才严重匮乏,训练水平低。比赛机会少;群众性排球运动的发展不平衡。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the developing condition of volleyball from different aspects in Guangdong, pointed out the influencing factors hindering its development. It concluded that the construction of volleyball club in Guangdong was lag behind, the coach, players and reserved talent was serious shortage. The training was law and opportunity for competition was less. The development of mass volleyball was unbalance. |
