| 摘 要： | 为进一步了解普通高校开设体育舞蹈选项课的现状,通过采用文献资料法、同卷调查法等研究方法,对大学生参加体育舞蹈选项课的学习兴趣、动机与学习目的、所喜爱的舞种以及通过体育舞蹈练习后对大学生心理素质的效果分析,并有针对性进行部分生理指标的测试,目的是为了更好的适应教学改革,为今后提高教学质量提供依据和参考意见.

| Abstract: | To find out the status quo of sports dance as an elective course in universities,this essay analyzes by documentation act and questionnaire the students' interest and motivation for sports dance,their favorite kinds of dance and the effect of dancing on the students' psychology.It also focuses on the tests on some of the psychological indexes in order to facilitate P.E.teaching. |
