| 摘 要： | 江西关爱女孩行动利益导向机制主要包括政策优待、经济扶持、精神鼓励等主要内容，现已初步形成较好的落实机制并见成效。目前存在的问题主要有社会参与性不广、针对性不强、实时监测和落实不够等。坚持不断创新、公开透明、系统化、制度化等有利于解决上述问题。

| Abstract: | The caring for girls interest - guiding mechanism in Jiangxi includes favorable policies, economic supports, spiritual encouragements,etc. These policies have been conducted in practice and achieved good effect. Now there are some problems such as low participation, weak pertinence, deficient intendance, etc. To persistently carry out these principles such as persistent innovation, openness and transparence, systematization, and institutionalism will be helpful to solve problems above. |
