摘    要:用超声提取法制备样品溶液,提取溶剂为70%乙醇水溶液,浸提时间为40 min,提取温度为30℃,以芦丁为标准对照品,用NaNO2、Al(NO3)3和NaOH显色,采用分光光度法于510nm波长处测定赤胫散中总黄酮的含量。实验表明:总黄酮在0.008-0.040mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,其回归方程为:A=9.5786C+0.0068,相关系数R2=0.9987,其根、茎、叶中总黄酮含量分别为60.17 mg/g、28.07 mg/g、49.73 mg/g(n=3),RSD值分别为1.75%、2.83%和2.19%。最后得出结论:赤胫散中总黄酮在根部的含量最高,叶部次之,茎部最低。

Abstract:The sample solution was prepared by the-method of ultrasonic extraction with 70% Ethanol solution at 30 ℃ for 40 min, of which the total flavonids were determined, with the method of visible spectrophotometry at 510 nm in runcinate knotweed herb with rutin as the standard sample, NaNO2, Al (NO3) 3 and NaOH as the color agent. The result showed that a good linear relationship between 0.008 and 0.040mg/mL, the regression equation was A=9.5786C+0.0068, with the correlation coefficient R^2= 0.9987. The content of total flavonoids in runcinate knotweed herb from roots was 60.17 mg/g, the stalks was 28.07 mg/g, and the leaves was Conclusively, the highest est was in the leaves. 49.73 mg/g (n=3) , with the RSD value of 1.75%, 2.83% and 2.19% respectively. Conclusively, the highest content of total flavonoids was in the runcinate knotweed herb roots, and the lowest was in the leaves.
