| 摘 要： | 为完善普通高校太极拳教学方法，文章采用文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑法分析了高校太极拳教学方法普遍存在的问题，并根据教育教学的基本规律提出：在不同教学阶段，应合理运用多元化的教学手段和方法，如体操法、表象训练法、同类迁移法、合作学习法、媒体学习法、攻防练习法、探索学习法等，提高教学的效果和质量。

| Abstract: | Aiming to perfect the teaching methods of Tai-ji in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the common problems on Tai-ji teaching methods by literature, interviews and logical analysis methods, according to the basic rule of education and teaching, puts forward： in different teaching stage, we should use diversified teaching means reasonably, such as gymnastics method, imaginary training method and similar migration method, cooperative learning method, media learning method, exercise encourages method, to explore study methods and improve the teaching effect and quality. |
