| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈法和问卷调查法等研究方法，对湘西苗族武术的起源、现状和制约因素等方面进行系统研究，提出湘西苗族武术非物质文化遗产保护的终极目标不是单单的传承和发展，而是应该在保护与开发、传统与现代之间形成可持续发展的良性循环。
