摘    要:EDSS在0—10GHz频率范围内观察到水解DNA的微波共振吸收,这一尚有争议的结果引起许多学者浓厚的兴趣,并在理论和实验方面做了大量的工作。本文从理论上详细地研究了水解DNA的微波共振吸收问题。然后考虑DNA和抗衡离子的长程库仑作用及界面影响,计入水合层的阻尼作用及有关的耦合,自然地计算了DNA、水合层以及它们之间的静电相互作用,提出了一个更符合实际的模型,得到DNA和第一水合层系统的二阶非线性微分方程。在实际出现的小振幅振动下,方程中的非线性项为小项,用摄动法求解微分方程,计算出各级近似下解的具体形式。当外加电磁场在系统上后,得到了一系列的共振频率,许多与Van Zandt等人用局部有效场近似方法的结果一致,同时尚预言了一些新的共振频率。我们的模型与EDSS所讨论的对象相同,但计算结果没有他们所观察到的共振频率,故我们的工作似乎不支持Edwards等人的工作。

Abstract:EDSS have observed resonant absorption of microwave radiation by DNA in solution in the region 0-10 GHz. Although their re-t sults are still controyersial, the EDSS's work has attracted a lo of attention theoretically and experimentally. In This paper, w heoretically study in detail microwave absorption resonance by dissolved DNA. We present a more realistic model which involved in long-range electrostatic interaction between DNA and its counterions, and a coupled nonlinear differential system is esta-blished.The system has been solved by the theory of perturbation. We found that there exists resonant microwave absorption for Ion-gitudinal modes, and its resonant frequecies are in agreement with the results of local field approach developed by Van Zandt, and a series of resonant frequencies is predicted.
