| 摘 要： | 运用综合观点全面分析福建发展海洋产业的优势条件与制约因素，着重评价了海洋产业发展的资源潜力；通过对发展态势的分析，揭示了福建省海洋产业发展过程面临的海洋开发与产业结构层次较低、海洋资源开发利用不尽合理，海洋污染较严重，海洋科技发展与海洋综合管理相对滞后等问题；在此基础上探讨了海洋产业的发展思路．

| Abstract: | Based on the comprehensive analysis of the advantages and weaknesses of maritime industry development in Fujian province, the resources potential of maritime industry development is appraised into full play. And through analysis of the situation, it is brought to light in the course of Fujian province maritime industry development that the levels of maritime exploitation and the production structure are quite low, and all the utilized-styles of maritime resources is not rational. Even the environmental pollution is serious, the development of science and technology, and comprehensive management of ocean relatively fall behind, and so on. In addition, this essay probes into a way of developing thought about maritime industry in Fujian province. |
