| Abstract: | ： The author in this article points out that the irrationality of risk－taking mechanism is a major factor which restricts the development of technological innovation of the tripartite complexes of production， teaching and research． On the basis of the investigation， the author analyzes the understanding， the mechanism and the prerequisite and other aspects， then puts forward the matching solutions to the irrationality of risk－taking mechanism． |
