摘    要:教师人文素养的高低直接关系到整个国民人文素养的提高、现代化事业的发展、国民精神凝聚力的增强和可持续发展的推进。中国当今教师的人文素养存在着历史性的缺失症,直接给学生素质的全面提高带来严重阻碍。中国教师的继续教育经过了学历补偿教育、知识技能补偿培训和学历提高培训之后,提高人文素养成了当前一个十分紧迫而重要的课题。

Abstract:The humanistic- quality level of teachers will directly influence the improvement of humanistic quality of the Chinese people as a whole, the development of modernization, the strengthening of agglomeration of the Chinese as a whole and the advance of sustained development.The all- round improvement of students'total personality is seriously blocked by the lack of teachers'humanistic quality in China because of historical reason.The humanistic quality has become an urgent but important task after the continuing education of teachers in China has seen the compensated education for diploma and knowledgeable skills.
