| 摘 要： | 新型农民就业培训专业的合理设置，应根据市场需求、农民需求及国际相关经验进行。具体而言，一要考虑区域产业结构的特点和变化；二要反映不同社会职业岗位的要求；三要区分农民工和一般农民的具体需求；四要借鉴发达国家专业设置的相关经验。

| Abstract: | Specialities in new peasant employment training system should be established according to the market demand,the farmer demand,and international experience.Specifically speaking,we need:(1) to consider the characteristic and change of regional industrial structure;(2)to reflect the requests from the different professional posts;(3)to differentiate the demands from peasant laborer and the common farmer;(4) to learn from the relevant experience of developed countries. |
