| 摘 要： | 在网络环境下，开展用户教育是图书馆提高用户信息素质、促进图书馆资源有效利用的必要途径。高职院校图书馆必须顺应图书馆发展趋势，在逆境中寻找机会、挖掘潜力、创造条件，使用户教育能真正开展起来，从而冲破束缚，提升图书馆的服务层次。

| Abstract: | As more information becomes available in electronic format, training users to access and utilize electronic databases becomes one of the most important goals of the library staff. For a library with network environment, the development of efficient users＇ education is its necessary way to enhance the making of its users＇ information and accelerate the essential utilization of its resources. Also, it is necessary for a vocational college library to conform the progressing tendency of libraries, find its opportunities in adversity, develop its inherent ability, and construct good environments so that it can indeed get rid of constraints and bring users＇ education into effect to raise the library＇s service level. |
