| 摘 要： | 体育经纪人是随着中国体育发展而发展起来的,对体育产业市场化、社会化,职业化发展,体育资源合理配置,体育国际交流,公平竞争具有很大的促进作用.体育运动的普及和体育竞赛市场的逐渐扩大,体育经纪人的经纪活动内容和范围在不断扩大.作为一名体育经纪人需要具有良好的道德素质、心理素质、技能素质和体育知识、法律知识、经济知识等.

| Abstract: | Sportsbrokership develops sports as sports develops in China, industry's marketization of sports, socialize, professional development, the rational distribution of resources of sports, the international exchange of sports, the fair competition have very great facilitation. Popularization of sports activity and gradual enlargement of the athletic competition market, the sports broker manager activity content and range are expanding constantly. Sports broker need have good morals quality , psychological quality , skill quality and sports knowledge , legal knowledge , economic knowledge ,etc. |
