| 摘 要： | 为了了解亚洲国家人群身体活动的现状及特点;通过google学术、Springer Link全文数据库、中国学术期刊网,以"physical activity,Asian,adult,older,leisure time,adolescents"为关键词单独或组合进行检索相关的文献,并对文献进行整合和数据分析,对亚洲国家不同年龄阶段人群的身体活动状况进行分析,结果显示亚洲国家人群总体呈现身体活动不能达到WHO建议的保持健康的最低标准;在身体活动的不同组成部分中,工作和家务劳动是构成亚洲人身体活动的主要部分,而休闲时间的身体活动呈现明显不足;世界范围内随着年龄的增长身体活动呈下降趋势,而亚洲人群年龄在50~65岁之间老年人的身体活动明显高于这一年龄段的欧美国家的人群;而中青年人的身体活动明显低于世界同等水平.

| Abstract: | literature study is made to address the status quo and characteristics of physical ac- tivities across Asian countries. The online sources include google academic search, Springer Link, and China academic journals. ＂Physical activity, Asian, adult, elder, leisure time, and adolescent＂ are used as key words for online search. The literature obtained has been catego- rized and analyzed. The physical activities and the main features among Asian people of various age groups are analyzed. The result indicates that Asians＇ physical activities are below the health standard of WHO. Work and housework are the major physical activities Asians are in- volved in. Leisure time physical activities show a salient low participation. With the age growth, physical activities are on the decline from a global perspective. While the 50 -65 - year- old Asians are more active in physical activities than those of western countries, Asian youths are less so than the global average. |
