| 摘 要： | 随着社会信息化发展争信息社会的来临，信息越来越成为重要的资源。求职信息是劳动力市场实现就业的基础性资源。在求职过程中，进城农民深感信息短缺，求职不易，这主要缘于信息不平等问题。由于教育分化导致的信息获取能力的差异性、制度阻隔带来的信息接触机会的不均等性以及信息桥缺失引起的信息获取方式的滞后性，进城农民处于信息不平等地位，难以获得和占有信息，是导致其求职难的深层原因。解决进城农民求职难问题，必须坚持社会公正原则，对进城农民信息不平等问题进行有效调适。

| Abstract: | With the development of social informatization,information resources have become more and more important.The Peasants have encountered the diffculty in searching jobs after they coming into the cities because of shortage of information.This problem result from the imparity of information.The discreparcy of the ability of obtaining information caused by education differentiation,the imparity of contact opportunity caused by the obstruction of the system,and the posterity of the way in obtaining information caused by loss of information-bridge,make the peasants gain unequal information after they coming into the cities.In this way,it is hard for them to obtain and possess useful information.This explains why it's difficult for them to hunt for jobs.To solve this problem,we must insist on the principle of social fairness and try to change the imparity of information encountered by the peasants after they coming to the cities. |
