| 摘 要： | 大学生思想政治教育工作在高校人才培养中占有非常重要的地位.如何发挥思想政治教育的功能,提高教育的针对性和实效性,是摆在高校思想政治教育工作者面前的课题,在实施思想政治教育过程中,只有做到贴近大学生的思想实际、生活实际和心理实际,才能使思想政治教育真正成为帮助大学生成长、成才的坚实基础和强大动力.
