摘    要:教育技术学专业的目的从促进学习扩展到"促进学习+改进绩效",说明了学习和绩效作为目的对于专业发展至关重要.以学习和绩效为讨论对象,首先从个体和组织两个层面进行说明,分别对个体学习、组织学习、个体绩效和组织绩效的内涵进行了阐述;然后对组织中学习与绩效之闸的辩证关系进行论述,包括两者间对立关系和统一关系,认为学习与绩效之间的关系正在从对立走向统一;最后在综合讨论基础上,构建了组织中学习与绩效的螺旋桨模型,并提出人的发展和组织的发展,才是专业发展的最根本目的.
