摘    要:湖南省第七届中、小学体育课教学评优活动显示 :在新一轮体育课程改革后 ,中小学体教学的特点为 :“小群体”、“四导式”、情景与成功教法等 ,评价组织形式为 :城、乡相结合以农村为重点 ,理论与实践相结合侧重实践指导 ,室内、外相结合注重实际效果 .这些特点对实施新大纲、新教材 ,普及“体育与健康”新教材的教学 ,促进和提高我省乃至于全国中小学体育教学和健康教育质量均有着积极的推动作用

Abstract:The seventh teaching evaluation of elementary and secondary school physical education in Hunan shows that after the new round of physical education curriculum reform,"small groups", "four-direction method",and situational and successful method become the teaching characteristics of elementary and secondary physical education; the organizing forms of evaluation are: the cities are combined with the countryside with stress laid on the countryside,theory is combined with practice with stress laid on practice, indoor classes are combined with outdoor classes with stress laid on the actual effects. These characteristics are a positive driving force for carrying out the new teaching program,using the new teaching materials,popularizing the teaching of "physical education and health", promoting and improving the quality of the elementary and secondary school physical education and health education in Hunan Province and in China as well.
