| 摘 要： | 自1999年开放教育项目启动以来，中央电大进行了多种形式的教育资源整合与共享的探索。截至2009年7月，中央电大先后与23所普通高校、15个行业（部委）、44所省级电大、6个学院以及国外一些远程教育机构开展了教育资源整合与共享的实践工作。本文在对以往实践分析梳理的基础上，概括出了开放教育资源整合与共享的“五种模式、三种机制、多种形式”。
