| 摘 要： | 创新是改革开放的生命,更是实现社会主义现代化和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的核心动力。展望2035,中国科技创新强国建设正步入具有"转折点"意义的关键期,亟需以新时代科技创新思想为指导,从创新驱动迈向创新引领,从自主创新迈向基于自主的整合式创新;加快创新强国动力模式的根本性转型,发挥市场经济条件下新型举国体制的优势,加强顶层设计,建设新型国家创新生态系统,朝着四大核心目标进发。

| Abstract: | Innovation is not only the life of reform and opening up, but also the core driving force for realizing socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream. Looking into 2035, the construction of most powerful innovation nation needs to be guided by the thought of innovation development in the new era, move from innovationdriven to innovation leading development, from indigenous innovation to holistic innovation, accelerate the fundamental transformation of the path towards the innovative country. Furthermore, China needs to fully take the advantage of the new national system under the market economy, strengthen top-level design and build a new national innovation ecosystem, so as to leap towards the four core goals of innovation and development. |
