| 摘 要： | 非正规创业有助于增加就业机会,提高经济收入,是缓解我国贫困问题的有效途径。基于人力资本视角,本文实证分析了贫困地区创业者人力资本对非正规创业行为的影响机理与效应,描述了贫困地区非正规创业者的人力资本特征。研究发现:学历对贫困地区非正规创业行为有显著负向影响;工作经验、行业经验和创业经验均对贫困地区非正规创业行为有显著正向影响;管理经验和创业失败经历均对贫困地区非正规创业行为有正向影响但不显著。即贫困地区非正规创业者多为那些具有较多工作经验、创业经验但学历层次较低的人群,且多倾向于在原有工作行业内开展非正规创业。

| Abstract: | Because of the ability to increase employment opportunities and economic income, informal entrepreneurship has become an effective way to alleviate poverty in China. From the angle of human capital, this paper empirically analyzes the mechanism and effect of entrepreneurs’ human capital on informal entrepreneurial behavior in poverty-stricken areas. Through the study, we get the following results. Firstly, academic qualifications have a significant negative impact on informal entrepreneurial behaviors in povertystricken areas. Secondly, work experience, industry experience and entrepreneurial experience have a significant positive impact on informal entrepreneurial behavior in poor areas. Lastly, management experience and entrepreneurial failure experience are informal to poor areas entrepreneurial behavior has a positive impact but not significant. That is to say, most of the informal entrepreneurs in poverty-stricken areas are those who have more work experience, entrepreneurial experience but lower educational level, and tend to carry out informal entrepreneurship in the original work industry. |
