| 摘 要： | 企业亚文化的负面影响对企业是一种长期隐患。如何使其以一种积极的态度融入到企业主流文化之中,共同促进企业绩效的提高,是管理者不容忽视的一个课题。介绍企业亚文化的含义及特征,并对国内的企业亚文化现状进行描述,进而分析我国企业亚文化产生负作用的原因,最后提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | For the enterprise,to the reverse effect of business subculture is a timeless hidden trouble.How to take part in mainstream business civilization,together raise enterprise performance with business civilization,all of these is a question that can not be neglected by the manager.In the paper,it firstly introduces the definition of business subculture and its characteristic,describes the present domestic business civilization,and analyzes the reason of engendering reverse effect of business subculture in China,finally advances the countermeasure and suggestion. |
