摘    要:针对目前数控维修实验台存在的价格昂贵、无设备维修基础知识讲解和展示、故障模式相对固定和无总线配置故障诊断维修等问题,研发了具有自主知识产权与国内先进水平的开放式多功能数控机床调试维修综合实验台。阐述了实验台的总体设计和功能特点,给出了数控机床调试维修综合实验台的服务面向。所研发的实验台,以揭示数控机床故障诊断与维修的基本规律和符合学生的认知规律的内涵建设为中心,能很好地培养出优秀的数控机床调试维修的专门人才,满足社会需求。

Abstract:There are some problems in current experimental platform for adjusting and maintenance of CNC machine tools,such as high price,lacking of functions of explanation and show about basic maintenance knowledge,single fault modes,lacking of bus configuration fault.To resolve these problems,a multi-function open synthetic experimental platform for adjusting and maintenance of cnc machine tools is researched and developed with independent intellectual property rights.The overall design and function features of the platform are described,services providing is given.This platform focuses on revealing the basic rules of the NC machine tool fault diagnosis and maintenance and connotation construction of students’ cognitive development.With this platform,excellent CNC machine tools debugging maintenance specialized personnel can be cultivated so as to meet the needs of the society.
