| 摘 要： | 创新生态系统是由高科技企业在全球范围内形成的基于技术标准/模块的知识异化、协同配套、共存共生、共同进化的技术创新体系.成员企业之间收益分配不均诱发创新生态系统机会主义行为,科学的定价机制因促使收益在合作各方合理流动而成为创新生态系统有效的治理工具.主要的治理模式包括具有进入权限制与专利许可定价特征的俱乐部型治理模式、具有平台企业权威控制与合作伙伴价格补贴特征的辐射型治理模式、具有依托开放源代码渗透市场并以增值业务赢利特征的渗透型治理模式.
