摘    要:在信息渠道多样化的今天,图书馆之间以及图书馆与其他信息服务机构之间的竞争日益激烈,对图书馆来说获得读者的信任尤为重要。读者信任能有效激发图书馆员的工作热情与奉献精神,给予图书馆自信心与责任感,提供更优质的服务。因此,图书馆应树立"以人为本"的发展观,完善制度,加强队伍建设,在良好的"馆读关系"的基础上扎实做好服务工作,达到甚至超过读者预期,不断增强读者对图书馆的信任,以建立两者之间较为长期的关系。

In Pursuit of Reader Trust in the Library Work

Abstract:Nowadays,Information channel is becoming diversified.The competition among the libraries and with other institutes for information service is becoming increasingly furious.It is important for the library to win the readers' trust.Readers'trust can inspire the working staff's passion and devotion,also that boost up self-confidence and sense of responsibility in library,to provide better services.The libraries should set up the view of "People-oriented" by perfecting system,strengthening the staff building,doing the service well for readers on the basis of good relationship between the library and readers,meeting or exceeding readers' expectations to enhance reader's trust constantly,and establishing long-term relationship between the library and readers.
