| 摘 要： | 为保证学生能够顺利进入医院开展学习,最大限度地避免医疗纠纷,在学生入院进行实习前,医院分别安排了临床经验丰富,并具有一定管理知识的专家对学生进行了包括医疗法规、院内感染以及医院相关规定等知识的岗前培训。在培训中做到学习有签到、学中有考核、结束有评价,保证了学生从学校进入临床这一重要转折的顺利实施。

| Abstract: | In order to ensure that students can successfullyenter the hospital to carry out learning,and the maximum toavoid medical malpractice,an internship in the studentad mission,the hospital arranged a clinical experience respectively,and have some knowledge of management experts,including medical students and regulations,Nosocomial infections and hospital-related provisions of the pre-job training and other knowledge.Learning to do in training attendance,learning in assessment and end with evaluation.To ensure that students from the school into the clinic the smooth implementation of this important turning point. |
