| 摘 要： | 2009年的一项调查结果显示：女大学生就业难度较男生更大。而先天弱势、综合素质低、外在形象不足和职场礼仪的缺乏,是制约女生就业的几大瓶颈。针对女生就业困难,武汉纺织大学高职学院开办学生社团＂淑女班＂,对女大学生就业创业过程中应具备的形象礼仪、气质修养、创新能力以及心理素质等进行重点强化,以提高女大学生在求职过程中必备的能力和素质,增强女毕业生求职竞争力,最终实现成功就业。
