| 摘 要： | 文章借助教育学、课程论和教学论等学科的理论,采用文献资料法、比较法和统计分析法,调查与分析我国体育院校体育教育专业本科实践课程设置情况,并提出优化方案。本文的优化方案以学生为本、学习分成的原则,旨在为我国体育院校体育教育专业实践课程内容的改革与发展提供有益的参考。
